Sofa Chair Sleeper
If your room is small and you have other seating arrangements already, then get one sleeper chair only and put that in a corner. If you want to replace your existing sofa with a new one then must get a twin chair or loveseat, it accommodates two persons. Always keep a separator screen in your house; this will help you to make a guest room. Instead of having side tables, hang shelves on the wall at the level of your sleeper chair. Put a large mirror on a wall of the living room for convenience. Keep one or two drawers of your living room's cabinet empty, if possible put one hair brush tooth brush and a tooth paste inside the drawer so you would not have to worry at that moment.
Now you are ready to receive your guests, when they arrive entertain them nicely, you just need few minutes to turn your living room into a guest room.
Clear all the stuff which is unnecessary for a guest room, like centre table or a planter, or put them on a side. Convert the chair into a bed. Place the screen on the open side of the room for privacy. Remove the decorative item from the side shelf and put a glass and water bottle on it and a magazine on the other side. If you have a night bulb in your living room, turn it on, if not then leave the porch light on for the night.
